Customers are recommended to use shipping with tracking to ship products back
to us. We will not be responsible for any damaged, stolen or lost packages in

This warranty does not cover personal items or consumable goods and
attachments, including but not limited to: user manuals, packaging,
accessories, atomizers, RBA, mouthpieces, cartridges, coil, lanyard and leather
